The compassionate team at Anchor Spine and Joint consist of highly-trained and qualified Doctors, Physician Assistants, and medical staff who are dedicated to providing patients the most pleasant experience possible. We carefully evaluate and apply the most effective treatment methods in pain management to reduce and eliminate pain and restore optimum function.

A focused, multidisciplinary approach to pain management includes treating the physical, psychological, and emotional aspects of acute and chronic pain. Our goal is to empower each patient to resume control of their life, maximize their activity level, and live life to their fullest potential.

DR. RODNEY RODRIGO

Dr Rodney Rodrigo is dual board certified in physical medicine, rehabilitation and pain management. He specializes in the evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of painful spine, nerve and musculoskeletal conditions, which can affect a patient’s ability to function and perform daily activities.

As a board certified physiatrist with fellowship training in pain management, Dr. Rodrigo is highly-compassionate as he utilizes a comprehensive, personalized, multidisciplinary approach in the care of his patients. His expert recommendations for pain management may include physical therapy, occupational therapy, interventional procedures, medications and psychological therapies.

Dr. Renato Vesga

Dr. Renato Vesga is Board Certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation in both Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and the Subspecialty of Pain Medicine. Dr. Vesga is exceptionally trained in diagnosing a full spectrum of spine and pain related disorders and performing various interventional spinal procedures, Electrodiagnostics and implantation of Neuromodulation systems.

Dr. Vesga is originally from New York City where he completed his undergraduate studies at Columbia University. He subsequently attended MCP Hahnemann School of Medicine in Philadelphia, PA. After an internship at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA, Dr. Vesga completed a residency in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA. Following his residency, Dr. Vesga completed an ACGME accredited Fellowship in Interventional Pain Medicine at Temple University Hospital/ Mid Atlantic Spine and Pain Physicians. He remained as a clinical instructor for Fellows and residents at the Temple University Pain Medicine Fellowship Program until relocating to Florida. He has been a coauthor of Medical Articles and Book Chapters on Spine and Pain-related Disorders.

Dr. Georges El Bahri

Dr. Bahri graduated from the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida and Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine in FT in Lauderdale, Florida. He completed his orthopedic training at Largo Medical Center-NSU COM in Largo, Florida. He then continued to train under world renown sports medicine Orthopedic surgeon Dr. James Andrews in Pensacola, Florida at the Andrews Research and Education Foundation/Andrews Institute.
