Staff Change, Dad’s Pain Drastically Improved

“Our experience with the office has improved. Prior staff was short when answering questions. Their has been a turn around in staff for the better. My dad is a patient of Dr.Rodrigo and because he actually listens my dad’s physical condition has improved drastically. It is why we remained there. Our recent experience with Marieli (hope its spelled correct) was AMAZING. We were having concerns with auth for my dad and a bill.Just so happen to be after my 4th call I decided to leave a detail message.She looked into it prior to calling us back. She was very knowledgeable in explaining and was able to break it down for my dad and I to better understand what happened.It was a peace of mind for my dad.

As he had Medicare before and was not aware of his second plan becoming primary. She addresses his concern and emailed us while on the phone to ensure we got it. Its been a few days but life is busy. I could not overlook making the providers aware. I know there has been a change in staff for better I suppose. But that young lady is a keeper. We cant always point out the bad and disregard the good. Kudos.”
